Story

Deva (Prabhas) lives a quiet life with his mother in Tinsukia, hiding a dark past. Things take a turn when a group of goons starts searching for Aadhya (Shruti Haasan), a newcomer to the town. Deva steps in to protect her and soon discovers that the attack is linked to his old friend Varadharaja Mannar (Prithviraj Sukumaran) from Khansaar city.

As tensions rise, a deadly conflict begins, raising many questions — Who is Aadhya? How is she connected to Varadharaj? What turned two best friends into enemies? The movie gradually reveals these answers through an intense and emotional journey.

Final Review

Overall, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a powerful action drama that showcases Prabhas at his best, especially in the intense fight scenes. Prithviraj also delivers a strong performance, and the well-choreographed action sequences add to the film’s appeal.

However, the simple storyline, a slow-paced second half, and too much violence are the main drawbacks. Still, if you’re a fan of Prabhas or love action-packed thrillers, this movie is definitely worth watching this weekend.
